- Σημαντική μέρα η σημερινή καθώς έγινε η συναρμολόγηση του κεντρικού σκάφους και άρχισε επιτέλους να παίρνει μορφή το όλο project.
Έγιναν οι πρώτες διορθώσεις σε επιμέρους τμήματα και ξεκίνησα να ενώνω τα πλαινά πάνελς αρχικά, με βίδες πάνω στην κατασκευή του DB box που έιχα φτιάξει. Έπειτα βιδώθηκε το transom και τα bulkheads της πρύμνης. Στη συνέχεια βιδώθηκε ο πάτος του κόκπιτ και της πρύμνης με τα πλαϊνά πάνελς και η ίδια διαδικασία ακολούθησε για τα τμήματα της πλώρης.
Έγιναν φυσικά οι απαραίτητες μικροδιορθώσεις για να ταιριάξουν όλα τα κομμάτια και τις επόμενες ημέρες θα γίνει σχολαστικός έλεγχος, με μετρήσεις και διορθώσεις.
Απέμεινε ένα μόνο κομμάτι που πρέπει να κατασκευαστεί στην πλώρη (το οποίο δεν είχα προβλέψει να φτιάξω) και θα είμαι έτοιμος για τις εσωτερικές κολλήσεις και γεμίσματα με στόκο και ταινία fiberglass.
- Important day today as was the assembly of the central hull and finally started to take shape the whole project.
Were first made corrections on individual sections and started joining the first side panel, with screws onto the structure of the DB box I made. Then screwed the transom and aft bulkheads and then screwed the bottom of the cockpit and stern with the side panels and the same procedure followed for the parts of the bow.
There were of course the necessary minor adjustments to fit all the pieces and the coming days will be thoroughly inspected, with measurements and corrections.
Left a single piece to be constructed on the bow (which I had not planned to fix it) and I'll be ready for internal solder and fill with epoxy putty and fiberglass tape.
